This shampoo works wonders on my 6 year olds very long hair. I highly recommend this to mothers with little girls who's hair gets tangled easily. This is the only shampoo, conditioner and detangler I use on my daughter

WEN® Cleansing Conditioner is a 5-in-1 formula, it takes the place of your shampoo, conditioner, deep conditioner, detangler and leave-in conditioner. It cleanses hair thoroughly without lather or harsh sulfates found in some ordinary shampoos. It won’t strip your hair of natural oils. Your hair is left with strength, moisture, and manageability.

If your dog merely has long hair, but isn’t double coated, many of the same tips and tricks will still work. In fact, it’s the same philosophy, you just don’t have to worry about the undercoat. You’ll still want to find a shampoo, conditioner and a detangler to help manage the coat. Once you find the right products and start grooming them, it will only become easier and easier with repeated washings. And as an extra bonus – by grooming your dog, you will also cut down on shedding, so both you and your dog will be happier, healthier and more comfortable.
African Pride Dream Kids Detangler Miracle "Easy Comb" Shampoo
sorry ladies but i know this has been asked countless times but all im finding is answers for newborn and infant hair. My son is 15 months old and has long super thick, semi-curly hair. When it gets wet is curls up into tight candy curls and when its dry its DRY!Its braided for the most part and we only braid it after its been washed and still damp or no comb will be able to get thru it. We don't comb it we pick it out he has a huge afro. Until recently i have been using J&J shampoo but stopped because it was drying his hair really bad. Now im using Suave kids 2-in-1 shampoo and it seems to be working good ( today was the first time using it) It seemed softer and easier to brush. I use sof'n'free coconut oil hair grease and a dab of BnB oil moisturizer with castor oil and that works good too (it say's its safe for babies hair too on the bottle) I was just wondering what you ladies use or recommend for your kids hair thats a child's product? And if you use detangler what type works best? note: i've tried soft and precious hair dressing moisturizing creme and it dried his hair soo bad it felt like i had put hair gel into his hair never again will i use that stuff)Lice Guard Detangler:
Spray liberally through the layers of damp or dry hair paying special attention to part lines and hairline around neck and ears. Comb through and style as desired. For maximum protection, use in combination with Lice Guard Shampoo and Gel.
