Fayetteville - Joe's Crab Shack

We literally made a u-turn and stopped at this roadside Crab Shop.
Very clean, neat, fresh crab. There were people coming in and out for fresh crab.
Sandwich we ordered was delicious.
A must stop even if you are going the wrong way. .. make a u-turn.While driving to Cromer, we noticed a tiny little place, literally 3 or 4 houses, surrounded by 15-20 cars and people crowded around what I thought was a ice cream shop.

After visiting Cromer and Sheringham, we remembered the gathering and made a pit stop at Cookie's Crab Shack (shock horror, I was hungry again) and ventured in, wow, for such a little cafe/shack they have an enormous menu! I kid not, I seriously couldnt believe how much food could be served from such a small place!

I didnt fancy a salad, although they were 1, huge and 2, looked really nice. Knowing that we were making our return to Heacham for our tea, decided on a simple tuna mayo sandwich, and honestly, it was once of the best sandwichs I have had in ages.

The bread was local sourced and so fresh and soft. They werent the cheapest sandwich ive had, £2.10 for 2 slices of bread filled, but they were much better than the coop bought ones the day before costing similar.

If your a seafood fan, get here and fill your boots, the outdoor seating is literally a gazebo with clear sides and patio seats, but who cares, your on holiday, it all adds to the fun.Sashimi rice is the main point to visit Washoichiba. Buy a bowl of rice first and cost according to the weight. Take your bowl of rice to sashimi shop and many different types of sashimi for your selection. Sashimi is fresh and price is reasonable. Crab, other seafood, fruits and souvenir are also available inside the market.
