All rights reserved. What time is it in Chelmsford Center, MA right now? I went to Back in Time here in Chelmsford last night with 14 friends for my birthday. The staff were very polite and attentative throughout the evening. The meal was absolutely delicious I had love at first bite, which is pate encased in mushrooms for a starter and sirloin steak which was cooked to perfection for my main dish followed by one of their ice cream sundaes, my friends all had various dishes off the menu and all thoroughly enjoyed them. The meals are large and very filling. I have been to this restaurant several times and have never been disappointed. At the end of the meal they brought out a birthday cake with candles which my friends had arranged and all the waiters sang the stevie wonder song happy birthday to you, this is something they do several times a night as it is very popular for birthdays. There is a magazine here in Chelmsford called The Edge which has a voucher in it each month for Back in Time for 50% off the food bill valid from Sundays to Thursdays so as you can imagine it gets very full on these nights so making a reservation is highly recommended. They have a very varied drinks menu which includes an extensive cocktail menu from which I had a pearl harbour which was very good. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves American themed decor and music with a little minature train going around above you.
